I always have a great experience when I go there. The first time that I went there, I had bought the iPhone 6s. All the representatives that I talked to in there were super duper friendly and were able to help me within a timely manner.
I just got home from getting the iPhone 7 PLUS and once again I am appreciative of the service I received. Even if I was there for a little bit exchanging my phone (because I had cracked it, and then had to get that fixed before I could get my new phone), the staff was super duper friendly and charismatic which made it worth while. Normally I'd say that going to the phone store is a tedious process, but I'd totally recommend this specific store to anyone.
