Soo..Massage Nirvana offers this great package for first-time goers. It includes a facial and massage for a very reasonable price. I was super excited because my aunt was coming from LA to visit my mom (they're sisters) and I booked two packages. The girl at the front was very helpful and assisted me with booking their times as well.
All was fine...until they arrived a few minutes late to their appointments. No excuses of course, they're brown and senior citizens, but they were still late. However, the aesthetician was very curt and told my aunt something a long the lines of...you're late and your facial will be cut short. When in customer service, there's always a way to communicate and that was far from it.
I work hard and wanted to treat my mom and aunt to something nice. My aunt told me she's had better for half the price in LA. I fully understand this isn't LA, regardless I deserve what I paid for and didn't get that.
