I ordered a sugar free vanilla latte and they gave me a skinny vanilla latte. The girl was trying to tell me it's the same but I know the actual difference is the milk. I dislike skim milk lattes. She insisted I ordered a skinny, which I did not! I told her several times I didn't order a skinny. I don't know why she has to act like the customer is always wrong and they don't know what they are talking about. The problem stemmed from the cashier entering it in as a skinny on accident. So to the barista that made my drink, you should know that sometimes your team makes mistakes.
