I would not even give it a star. When I scheduled the pick up I asked especifically to be picked up at 1.45 Pm because I always have a issues and delays in customs. when at 2.30 nobody was picking up I called execuCar and they told me that a driver was there At 11.30 as that was the time my plane landed. They didn't call they didn't email or anything. It doesn't matter at what time u asked to be picked up. According to the person I talked to they use the flight information so if you actually have delays in customs or your airplane is delayed you can expect to be left at the airport. It took me forever to be able to get a hold of somebody and they were not even nice. I paid $90 that they did not refunded me plus the $30 for Uber to drive me home. Not a good experience at all
