I've been using their service for a few months now and they are completely horrible at picking you up on time. Don't get me wrong I have been picked up on time that's only with a few certain drivers... I want to thank Bianca for being early everyday she has picked me up she is a very good driver she is very courteous and she obeys the laws. Before she started working the service was not so good .for instence even after I got dropped off at my location sometimes it would take hours. The longest I sat waiting for my ride was 3 hours; after I was done with the doctor.now that I started working I can't seem to make it to work on time. I asked them not to pick somebody up because i am having issues and then they continue to pick up that person specifically with me. It is pretty much harassment and I told them that but they don't seem to care so maybe this will help. Thank you again Bianca your awesome. ... give her a raise. And I suggest you hire somebody at your dispatch that actually knows the valley so you can have routs that makes sense.
