What a horrible experience. Walk in to an almost empty waiting area with 1 other lady. We were told 5/10 min and 20 mins. Ok no problem. As people started coming in times were given very similarly to ours. No worries still. Finally its my turn. 30 min later still no worries. Discuss my nails and I mentioned I wanted a shape change to a more natural shape. Lo and behold that was a huge issue because they were busy and didn't have time to deal with my request. I couldn't believe what they had the nerve to actually tell me. Let me tell you if you think I stayed and gave them my $ you would be a fool. No way. I guess customers are like Nail shops. A dime a dz. just taking my dime elsewhere.
