It's 5 stars now. I recently had Jessie work on me and she was also wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and could tell where and why I have been getting headaches b/c of inflammation in my neck. This girl knows what she is doing and what she is talking about. She focused on problem areas that she was able to identify and my tense muscles felt the most relaxed they ever have when our session was over. Having someone get to know my body and what it needs is important to me and why I'll keep returning to Elements.
Oh I forgot to mention this in my previous review, you can easily book appointments online. They also keep track of you appointments online so you can see who and what you have had done in the past and what you have scheduled already! Good Stuff.
