I had a few bites over a few day period and after getting one on my neck, I gave up and called. Anthony came on time and inspected all of our bedrooms, couch, taking the time to look over every inch of every sheet, pillow, mattress, box spring, bed etc. He also took the time to help me put all of my bedding back together, which seems like something you SHOULD do, but don't always get. He also was immediately friendly and playful with my kids and dog, which made for a very nice contractor experience. In the end, we found just a small bit of bedbug doooody and one lone female in my room only. He didn't try to push any treatments on me, suggesting I wait it out for a week and see if I get any more bites (if I was up for that). If not (or if I get bit again), he could come back to spray and he talked me through that. He definitely puts his customers first. If I need a spray, you can bet I'll be calling him. UPDATE - turns out I did need a spray as I continued to get bit so he came right back, sprayed the whole house (in a timely and respectful manner) and that solved the problem. I don't ever want to see him again, but that's just because I don't want bedbugs. He'll be my first call if it happens again.
