I have been to this place a few times and I really like it, except for the last two times I have gone there. I just recently started getting the SNS manicure and I love it. When I went there in May and Nina did my nails. She did a great job on my nails, but a horrible job on the skin around my nails. I decided to give this place another chance and I thought maybe she just had a bad day. So I made an appointment and went back this past Friday and had the same SNS manicure. It just so happened that I got Nina again and unfortunately my fingers/skin is worse this time than the last time. On 3 of my fingers the skin is so raw from her actually filing the skin and not the nail. Here it is 5 days later and it still hurts and I need to use ointment to help the healing process. Also, she said that some of the product was "separating" so she had to remove it. She did not soak it off, she actually got a fake nail tip and pried the product off with the tip of the nail. I spoke with one of my friends at work who has been getting this process done for a while now and she said that removing the product the way Nina did it will actually weaken the nail. And for all this I paid $46.00. I will not be going back to this place. My friend goes to a salon in the West Valley, I think I will take a trip to her place.
