ETF has been an absolute game-changer for my fitness and strength. I'm currently in the best shape of my life. The customized classes within the friendly group atmosphere allows ETF to be ideal for everyone. The best part is probably the trainers, who are all motivational, great with form corrections and simply awesome people.
I've never consistently gone to the gym but ETF has changed that because I'm constantly seeing results and progress while being challenged and having fun.
