I definitely have some trust issues for repairs with this place, which is why I won't be back. I went in to have a tire patched and an oil change, and left with a list of "urgent" repairs that needed to happen ASAP, all coming in at just over $1000.
I was surprised by this since my car is fairly new...it has just over 40,000 miles, and I take good care of it. Wanting a second opinion, I took the car to the dealership and asked them to specifically look at the items Purcell had recommended. Not only did they tell me that I didn't need *any* of them, but they also recommended a repair that hadn't been previously listed...something that would have been $500 were it not covered by the warranty.
