Let me start with there's nothing wrong with this location (clean, new, bright), the service we received at this location (which was pleasant and prompt), nor the quality of the food we received (wasn't terrible). However, being the first time to any Shake Shack, we were not impressed by the business model - if you're going to be simple, what you do should be stellar - as something we would ever want again. Essentially, while there was nothing wrong, there's also nothing good. So many other options at Kierland.
