We were seated in the back against a plain white stone wall and in the corner. Even with a reservation. It was too loud to even try to have a conversation.
The Stetson salad is good. The beet salad was ok but not enough beets to make it a beet salad. Shrimp small plate was good but served in a cold bowl.
I think this place is good but very stuck on themselves. 1800 bottles of wine is impressive but at these prices they are not reachable. You are probably best off to give your server a color and price point and wish them luck. We had the flights and would have been better off with a server recommendation.
The noise and somewhat stale menus will allow us to try a new place next visit.
I think it is worth a first try but don't over think it. Wear what you got on and hope for a good table.
