This place is awful......
I came in not expecting anything since I hadn't seen the reviews and I was downtown for a convention so I wanted cheap food. First of all it is a fast food place so the food should be ready and usually warm. I tried to order wings (which they advertise on the banner) but they didn't have any that day even though it was earlier in the day and in the week. The people working were very lethargic and didn't want to be there (who would?). In leu of the lack of wings I decided to get 1 slice of pizza and a salad which was a combo for around $9. The salad came with either a vinegarette or ranch and I chose vinegarette. It was a goopy texture and the taste was so sweet it was like molasses. The salad was so bland and had basically nothing on it. The only hints of flavor came from the onion and tomato. The pizza had rubbery cheese and it was slightly cooler than room temperature.
I did not have a good experience here and I do not think I will be coming back.
