Customer service is extremely horrible at this location. While dealing with a sales associate another called the associate we were working with over to his client and the associate that was working with us sat there and sold the other client.
The team members are rude and act like you are a bother to them.
Let's not forget their system is not real time with their 1800 number. The information we got from their customer call line was opposite of what store talked about.
The wait the wait was 45 minuets with 2 customers in store. Not sure how that works.
Ruben has no regards for clients needs we have current sprint lines and wanted to grab some for the business, but he didn't give the time of the day. We will NOT be coming to this location and we are now looking at not only a line for business elsewhere but to move personal lines too.
