My wife and I had some interior work done and the complete exterior painted by Joseph's Coat. Aaron was our initial contact and he provided an outstanding customer experience. He was friendly, professional and provided a detailed and exacting estimate.
Micah supervised the project and he was also very professional and accommodating. Sam and Freddy did the work. They too were very pleasant and did outstanding work. We had a hiccup which was our fault. We initially selected the wrong color paint for the exterior body of the house. When they applied the paint to a couple of the exterior walls, we were not home. When we did arrive, we were not happy with the color - again - our fault. Sam and Freddy were very understanding and they were able to obtain the correct paint the next morning. There was no grumbling about re-doing the work nor did they rush the job in any way. Brian was also in constant contact and was very professional handling the situation over the phone.
All in all and outstanding experience. Would definitely use them again and would recommend to others.
