Couldn't wait to share my bad experiences. Although I love the Internet service I hate their tv service. It is complete rip off. My bill would continuously increase month after month. When I called billing they were trying to tell me some discounts would expire month after month. I got to the point where originally $70 plan racked up to $150 a month. No thanks cox suckers. I went with dish and happy ever since.
