Me and my fiance went into the Chevrolet dealership on Friday and Saturday night. We had to come back to get the payout on our truck we were using as a trade. We came back Saturday we sat and sat there until they closed. We ended up leaving to go get dinner because it was well after 9pm. The guy helping us said he would call us back on Sunday. We never got a call back it's Monday night and still no call. That's a blatant lie. He also said that they just wanted to view the exact credit score to give us a better idea of what the payment would be. We expressed concerns about unnecessary credit inquiries at length. He promised that it would be the same a s using Credit Karma or similar service and would not damage the score. He said it was going to be a "soft pull" and the lie detector determined that was a lie. It was a hard pull. While we were there Saturday evening management level employees were horse playing like children turning on and off the lights while we sat in the store.I want to stress that this was was a manager. We will not be back! We got a better deal and abetter car at the Lincoln dealership. Save yourself some time or better yet just go by there and see for yourself how bad they are.
