What a nightmare. I returned my tv equipment after cancelling my service. They did not record or acknowledge receiving it. Then they added a credit report saying I owed 1,800. After calling 4 times and visiting 3 times it is still not removed even though I returned it. Soooo insanely frustrating. I am now contacting a small claims lawyer to sue (another complete waste of time for everyone) in a hope to get his removed. I have never been late on a payment in my life and have had a flawless rating. I'm sure Ted Rogers is turning in his grave over how poorly this company is being run. Huge BEWARE. I don't think bell is likely easier to deal with. I switched to another reseller that provides cable internet (using Rogers lines) but amazingly they answer their phones, have great customer service and do it right. How is it that they can do it and Rogers fails so badly. I will never switch to Rogers again, even if they paid me to! Imagine that a company failing so badly can even survive. It is good that the market has options these days and this monopoly is fading.
