Service is terrible. I drive a Mazda 3 which is one of the smaller cars and I still waited 45 min at noontime (supposedly a non-busy hour). The employees stand around and chat, no sense of urgency. Two or three out of ten of them are really working hard out there. Within the past year, this place has really changed and not for the better!
