This place is not good! I made an appointment for a mani/pedi (had a Groupon) for right when they opened at 10:00...I waited outside for 30 minutes and no one showed up, the place was locked and the lights were out! I left a message and the technician called me back about 2 hours later and apologized, saying she had a sick child. I totally understood and was willing to let it go and come in later that day, but it would have been nice (and professional) for them to offer me a discount for my inconvenience. Then, to top it off, the mani/pedi sucked! Possibly worst one ever. The chair was uncomfortable and did not vibrate or massage. No beverage, not even water, was offered. She did about a 10 second massage on my feet. And here is the biggest complaint--the Groupon I purchased for $20 shellac stated "exfoliation and hand massage". She did not massage my hands AT ALL, gave me some sugar scrub and had me exfoliate my own hands by washing them in the sink myself, and I put on lotion myself. Basically it was file and polish. Ridiculous! They are advertising a lot of Groupons lately but do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
