Complete Scam Artists! I was very up front about my situation, told them multiple times that I only needed a 1 year contract because I would not be able to use the services after 1 year. Low and behold I went to cancel service after 1 year and they claim I have a 3 year contract that will cost $1,200 to get out of. I asked for a copy of the contract, and it is not my handwriting or signature on the contract. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! They are now forcing me to fill out the ridiculously long fraud investigation request. Meanwhile I have to pay the $1,200 so my credit is not destroyed. I am seriously thinking about trying to take them to small claims.
ALSO THEIR CAMERA EQUIPMENT IS TERRIBLE. They stopped working almost immediately after installed. When the power goes out the system has to be hard reset to bring them back on line. And the Sales Reps harass you relentlessly!!!!!
