BDP has a model that needs a lot of work. I think they must be a victim of their own scale. I have been getting multiple procedures done here for nearly half a year. It is normal in their system, even with very complex procedures to continuously see new providers at every appointment. I have had MDs come in the room who obviously have not even read my chart. Customer service can be appalling Extensive wait times with no explanation are commonplace. Be prepared to wait 2 and even 3 hours with absolutely no sense of the inconvenience this causes their customers. Their office staff can be competent or entirely indifferent or even rude. They have no awareness and little interest in the customers experience of care. I think their surgeons and specialists overall seem competent. I. have had to continuously advocate for myself in multiple ways to try and get information time and service. I regret that I chose this group with so many other options in the Phoenix market. There have to be competitors that have actually developed a patient centered practice and who actually care about their patients experience.
