Took my Grand Cherokee for service since on the previous inspection they found an oil leak (which by the way nobody in service cared to explain until I found it in the report). Left the car for the day (Brian was the service rep) Friday at 9:15am, had to pay for my ride to work since they don't offer loaners and their shuttle times didn't work out. Call them at 3:40pm to find out what was happening since I had not received an update yet, left voice mail and finally got a call back an hour later to the news that "we will not be able to look at your car today, can you leave 'til Monday?" So, not only he waits the whole day to let me know that they didn't do anything nor are planning to do anything. But they don't offer me a loaner, car rental or anything. I even explicitly asked him to give me a loaner or reimburse my transportation today and his answer was "you can take shuttle Monday". In other words, "you figure it out, not our problem". So, why do they have a scheduling system? I waited 1wk to take the car due to the appointment availability, and all for nothing... not even a word about what is wrong with the car. Terrible customer service. Never again.
