Stopped in for the first time to buy a water filter for my aquarium a few weeks ago. What I thought was exactly what I needed for about $20, rang up at over $50. After a few minutes of insisting their computer was wrong, an employee wandered back to check. Turns out they had stocked the filters incorrectly, so the wrong prices were displayed. If they can't stock filters correctly, I wonder what other details they are failing to pay attention to... I won't be going back.
