Called to get my nails done last minute as I was near by and they said I could come right over and they would take care of me. I got a new full set of liquid gel nails (builder gel). I asked for someone who specializes in that type of service because not all nail techs are skilled in this. Horrible experience, my nails were burning so badly. I have been getting liquid gel nails for at least 7 years (back in Chicago where it was common) and powder gel for years before that. My (male) nail tech was so rude and when I would ask for something, like to make my nails actually straight, he replied that he had been doing nails for years and he knew what he was doing. Left with horrible shaped nails, I told the girl upfront at the desk named Trang and she said there was nothing she could do and that I could leave my info and they owners who were on vacation would call me back. Never got a call. They ended up charging me $65 for a full set, adding on additional charges for ridiculous things. Never the less they chipped the same day and the next day. See attached photos. I had to go to the nail salon near my house to have them REDO my nails and pay them another $20 to fix my horrible nails bc I had a wedding. Only went here because they had mostly positive reviews, I will not rely on yelp but word of mouth in the future. Do not recommend.
