This old motel was redecorated into a creepy, cool place. Obviously they aren't greatly experienced in how to run a hotel. However, the most important thing to be aware of is that when the parties and events are going on the small valet fills and there is nowhere to park. Management and employees are fully aware that guests of the hotel and bar have to park on the street and neighboring parking lot. They do tow your car and the Artisan staff will play dumb and act as if they have no idea about towing when in reality, it happens every weekend. The parking issue is horrible and they don't tell you because they want you to spend money there. Tons of care get towed from parking in empty lots and areas nearby. So, watch where you park because they are waiting and someone is getting kickbacks.
