Awful experience here. I went in to get my clothing hemmed due to me being a bit on the shorter side and I got way more than I bargained for. A job that ended up costing me over $160 in alterations ended in having $0 in value since in the end she hemmed all of my clothing into belly shirts. I should have known there would have been a problem when the apprentice (for lack of a better term) was the one to take my measurements without any supervision (and repeatedly asking me out loud what the measurements she took were), but for some reason I decided to not trust my gut and it cost me. After waiting almost a month for my pieces to be finished, I finally got the chance to try them on and it was abysmal. When I brought it to her attention she said "well I like that length" so I begrudgingly ended up taking the clothing home. After a few days (and multiple people informing that she did indeed hem my clothing too short when I brought it to their attention) I went back to either get the clothing fixed or a refund. I was given neither. In total I can honestly say I lost over $250 dollars in both the costs of alterations as well as the value of the clothing itself. I would not recommend this shop.
