Came here when I was wedding dress shopping. It was just me and my mom and I just wanted to browse. I didn't like that I was too I couldn't just look at dresses myself and had to tell the associate what I wanted. I told her I didn't know exactly, but I didn't want a ball gown or a big dress. So she goes to find dresses and comes back with nothing but ball gowns. I tried them on anyway but was a little weirded out when I wasn't allowed to put them on myself. What am I gonna do? Steal a 20lb dress somehow if I'm allowed to change alone? So that was weird. I made it clear none of the dresses were what I wanted and when she got more she brought MORE ball gowns. I was so fed up and she FINALLY let me look through the dresses myself.
Needless to say I did not buy my dress here and the customer service was not what I expected at all after having had a great experience and NY bridal.
