Mountain Valley plumbing provided World Class service 2yrs after the sale of my hot water heater. When it broke down they walked me through the steps of ordering a warranty replacement part and installed it the day it arrived. To all of our disapointment the replacement part was defective so they called the vendor and procured the part the next day and installed it again.... at last hot water again in the house after being without for a few days!!!!!
