I had fantastic service the two times I have come; I never felt swindled or pressured to "upgrade" my basic oil change and the staff were super nice. I also watched one of the employees help a guy who came in to get an AC repair. The previous place told him it would be $1200...he was hoping LL could do it for $800. The employee looked at the car and replaced a fuse; told him it was no cost!! Another store literally wanted to sell him a $1200 repair and LL was entirely honest and professional. I'll never go anywhere else.
