I enjoyed the place, but prices skyrocketed after recreational opened. I was willing to give them a chance. But in order to avoid the long tourist lines, I hoped to call them for a price check. They give absolutely no support to customers. "Please send an email for inquiries" so you have to expect a response within 3-5 days. If I'm out of town, that is ridiculous. They don't care about their customers. Just care about greed, money, and skyrocketing prices because they only care about out of state tourist income that doesn't care about price or value. Berner built this place up, but it has failed at all expectations. I would never recommend this club just due to their major lacking of customer service, knowledge, and their no care for medical patients.
