Pros: Predictable surroundings and amenities of this chain. Pretty bare bones but practical. Con: because we purchased with Hotwire, staff informed us that we were unable to use their parking lot while traveling for only a few days. It was explained to us that customers who reserve directly with Hampton are only allowed to do this. When asked about whether we could pay a fee, we were referred to a long-term lot nearby. Never again.
