It is dated for sure, and not in a scenic area by any means, but our room was tidy and comfortable. The linens were all clean and comfortable, especially the towels which were sparkling white, super fluffy soft and perhaps new. I thought the beds were very comfortable for this sort of hotel. It was easy to get to this location, but getting out of it is a bit tricky as you can't get out to the left without going to the right and turning back around down the street as there is a median and traffic backs up in front of the hotel. The shower curtain was a bit tacky and old, and the shower heads are insanely low, even for a 5'7 person, but the water pressure was fantastic. Having Starbucks and Denny's right up against it was great. Front lobby was super clean and the gal at check in was friendly, professional, and efficient. Not sure it was worth $178, but it wasn't horrible either for not knowing what we were really getting until getting into town.
