I agree there is very poor customer service after your purchase: My new Fridgedaire was delivered on Friday (1/8,2016). But after delivery it appeared wobbly when the door is opened. However, this morning (3rd day) I called Coast about the situation and according to female sales associate it sounded as if the 'feet' had not been "pulled down." She said, "nothing to it" and claimed I could do that. I assured her I didn't know what she was talking about and was concerned that the store delivery team ought to be responsible for the appliance to be standing stable before they leave the home. The Sales Associate then offered a number for me to arrange a "service call" for $65.00. I asked to talk with a manager and got Rob who gave me the identical instructions. The Sales Associate who assisted me with the purchase was very pleasant - but "off" today. Once my purchase was placed in my home - end of any service.
