Long story short. - Had a reservation, place was fully booked. Gave us an "accessible" room - Shower was clogged, the water flooded the bathroom to the carpet. Nothing could be done - Had to call starwood to file a complaint and refund. Still pending. Stay away from this place if you want to avoid hassle. Staff could not help except to provide more towels to soak up a flooding bathroom...
