This place is by far one of the worse Starbucks I have ever visited. They are most convenient as they are near my home and the freeway so I frequent them quite often. I absolutely understand that mistakes happen with any restaurant, but their attitude is horrible! If you make a mistake at least be apologetic! They act like you are annoying them because you ask for them to correct their mistake. Absolutely unacceptable!
