Took my car there in 2013 due to A/C failure and they replaced my whole unit for over $1,600. Fast forward to this year and my A/C goes out. I bring it in to them they tell me it is blowing cold but I need a new A/C system. It didn't make since because I brought it there with 0 cold and now they say it blows cold? Unfortunately I do not have the money for a new system so I decide to pay the diagnostic fee and head on my way with a "fixed" A/C. Lucky me! I took it to another place for a second opinion on needing a whole new system because it went out about a week later. They get digging into the system and call me to tell me that the compressor was not connected securely and that is why it was not working. They went ahead and tightened it up and I haven't had a problem for weeks now. Call it coincidence or call it fraud but I have made up my mind on where to take my car from now on and it is not here! Hopefully I can help some other people save money on unnecessary repairs!
