Employees are unbelievably horrible. You would think a company would want to be represented well, yet they hire individuals who are disrespectful and unprofessional. They act as if you are burdening them by coming into the store, they give you dirty looks, they refuse to help you - even when you're ready to be rung up, and they argue right in front if you with who has to ring you up! Terrible experience - enough so that I'm comfortable and happy to not shop there at all. I don't want the money I'm spending to go to people who treat me like trash. Only way to improve it is to let everyone go and hire all new people because the problems always syart with management.
