I live in another state but stopped in on a visit with family. I Showed 2 pictures to the stylist on ombré hair nothing over the top, I was told it would be no problem to do. It took 4 hours!! My usual stylist can do it in 2 1/2. The bleach bled on the front of my hair so there was a big line by my bangs. It looked nothing like the pictures, more like a bad highlight retouch. The bleach was left on my hair the entire time so you can imagine the damage that was done on my ends. My mother instantly said "what happened to your hair?" when I walked in the door.
I spoke with the owner who refused to refund part of the $200.00 I spent. She said I had to come in if I wanted it fixed. (I left for home the next day) and their policy is they don't refund money and it was my problem because I chose to go to the salon while I was out of town.
2 stylists there saw the big bleach mark and said nothing, the owner didn't seem to care either after insisting I text her pictures of her stylists mistake on my hair.
