I checked out a car on a very busy Saturday. They had only 2 people at the counter because the man wearing the Arizona cardinals shirt literally told me one of his co workers who was at work , but would not help out at the counter, "had Ebola"
There was a very long line and he told me he would get me on the road as soon as possible
When questioned I declined all the extra insurance
.he told me to just :"agree" to all the questions.
When i questioned the amount he said
They would adjust when i returned.
They did not adjust and i was just told by Mario that there wasn't anything he could do since i had "agreed. "11
I told him i had told cardinals man i did NOT want any additional insurance.
Ebola is not a joking matter and i just paid $ 139 extra
I will never rent from dollar again
