I had the same bad experience! these people are impossible to get on the phone!!! Ughh... if a person can't answer a phone or return a message, is it really the type of business you should trust your car with? Umm, I think not! After calling them several times, and leaving 2 messages, i just called Living Social and they refunded my money. And reading the "owners" reply to "drew g"s review, this sums up my fear of doing business with Apex. Who talks to their customers like that? Not any business that understands good customer service, now that's a fact! how about this response, "I'm sorry you had a bad experience, come see me and I'll make it right.." sniffing too much window tint glue or something.
