New pho place in Markham. It's a little tricky to find because it's tucked behind First Markham Place, but definitely worth the visit if you're in the area.
If you're going for the pho, you can choose your own broth (beef, chicken, satay, etc.), noodles (fresh or traditional), and items (rare beef, beef brisket, beef tripe, beef balls, etc.). Pho sizes come in regular or large. The beef broth is clear yet very flavourful! One of the better ones I've had uptown.
The lemongrass pork chop is tender and delicious - highly recommend if you want to order one of their rice dishes.
