Darik called and apologized for Angie's unacceptable disrespectful attitude towards us. Darik promised to address this issue. He also sent Shawn (manager) to expedite rectification for the chip on the sliding door fascia and a scratch on shutter trim. Shawn is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. We love his services and the shutters are now perfect. We are extremely happy with the product. He fixed everything up beautifully. Darik and Shawn took very good care of us.
