This is a review from my hubby, because I waited in the car while he shopped because he LOVES sausages and wanted to look (and buy) many different kinds.
First of all, the store is a bit small but the staff are friendly and ever so helpful.
The sausage selection is immense and the flavours unique.
As for me, I am not a fan of sausage and found the grind of the meat very coarse, and other than the super mild Bangers, didn't like the weird and wacky tastes. Hubby loved the Jerk chicken sausage, the Mango Curry sausage, and liked the Equadorian. I think he bought a few other kinds he hasn't cooked up yet.
He looks forward to returning to try more flavours.
Next time, I am going to have him buy me a steak instead. :)
