I am so happy with the service here. I brought in one of my Lululemon zippered pullovers because the zipper had come apart. When I first brought it in, they told me they would have to completely replace the zipper, which made me a little sad because the logo zipper would be gone with a generic. I agreed and paid the $20 cash up front.
When I came to pick it up a week later, she told me they were able to save the original zipper and just re-align it. I was thrilled with that alone, and then she even handed me a $10 bill to refund me for the zipper that I was originally supposed to get, which I didn't even think about because I was just so happy to keep the original one.
I feel like the lady (possibly the owner?) is very honest and goes out of her way to make customers happy. She knew how badly I wanted the original zipper left and she was able to make it work! This is definitely my permanent alterations place.
