Had a dreadful experience here, would never come back. I was having a wisdom tooth emergency, I knew it needed to come out. I made an appt. at this office bc it's 3 minutes from my house & they said they could do a same day procedure. The office is big, clean & bright, but the dentist I saw (can't remember her name) was a nervous patient's nightmare. She agreed the tooth needed to come out & told me she could do it the same day. I waited 20-30 minutes & then an office worker came in to tell me that she wanted me to see the oral surgeon, so they could sedate me. After I specified that I didn't feel comfortable with sedation! I told her that the dentist said she was going to do the procedure today & that's why I was waiting. She seemed confused, left & returned with the dentist only for her to sit there & speak condescendingly to me. Basically pushing sedation on me after I had already taken a Xanax (with her permission!!) to calm down for the procedure. She was terribly rude. I left there in tears bc I had taken medication unnecessarily, left my child with a friend unnecessarily & got my husband to leave work early unnecessarily, all bc she said she was going to do it & then backed out & didn't even have the decency to tell me herself. I go to hi-tech dental now, 30 minutes away & an extremely happy!
