This place has the most party supplies I've ever seen out of any dollar store I've visited in Calgary. It has product storage nearly to the ceiling and is very full. I noted that they don't sell food, just a few treats like chocolate bars and candy. I was looking specifically for a Smartphone case and found one, but suspected my Android was too large for the case I purchased. I actually had the cashier open the box after the transaction so I could test the case before I left. Unfortunately, I was right and needed a different one. That's when I realized their policy is exchange only. I found a new case but it was less money so I was forced to find other things to spend money on. Not a fan of that policy or wasting money. I ended up purchasing a few cards and even though the selection is huge, one of the two that I took home is kind of lame. The Christmas cards for spouses are not very good. I wouldn't drive out of my way for this Dollar World, but I'd say that in particular, families with kids in this neighborhood should definitely shop here for party and gift supplies.
