We were going to rent a property from this Property Management Company but decided not to because we found a better property. At first they were going to keep both the application fee for $75 and the earnest deposit of $895, which they claim the $895 was actually up to the owner to give back. So I talked it out with them and they talked it out with the owner and we were able to get the $895 back. Thank you guys very much for Fighting for that money so that we could put it to better use.
