It's been a while since we've been to Oceans. Mainly because Nations opened up in our neighbourhood and haven't had the need to drive further for the same products. Today, we happened to be in the area, and stopped in. The products and store remain the same and consistent to what I expect. However, if there is one thing that should have changed its the customer service. I find the employees just as surly and sullen as ever. At least at Nations the employees seem generally more polite. I've even had some very pleasant conversations with the cashiers at Nations. And yes, I realize they are the same company. But why so inconsistent? Customer service training from the corporate level is needed. Overall, not worth the additional time for me. Will stick with Nations from now on.
